Our interior CGI concepts start at £500 per room. That includes 2 high-resolution cinematic renders and structured revisions.

Open-plan and large-format spaces are quoted separately.

Multi-room schemes are priced according to scope.​

Pricing & scope

  1. Submit Your Brief: Share floor plans, elevations, material references, and any key positioning notes for the scheme

  2. Quote & Scope Confirmation: A fixed quote is issued within 24 hours. Once agreed, the project is scheduled.

  3. Concept Development: The studio develops a fully directed interior visual concept aligned with the scheme’s positioning and market level.

  4. Initial Delivery: 2 high-resolution interior renders per room are delivered within 5 working days.

  5. Structured Revision Rounds: 2 revision rounds are included to refine material details, styling adjustments, or layout refinements where required.

  6. Final Delivery: Final high-resolution renders are supplied, ready for marketing and investor use.​​
