Terms of Service
Effective Date: 26th January 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Visual Staging Studios (“the Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Visual Staging Studios is a trading name of Rihanna Atherley, operating as a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom.
By commissioning services from the Studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Services
The Studio provides photorealistic 3D interior visualisations for residential developments.
All concepts are fully designed and directed by the Studio and delivered based on the agreed project brief and confirmed scope.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

2. Project Confirmation
A project is considered confirmed once:
• The scope has been agreed
• A written quote has been issued
• Payment (deposit or full fee) has been received
Production will commence within one working day of confirmed payment.

3. Fees & Payment
Interior CGI Visual
£500 per room (unless otherwise quoted)
Open-plan and large-format spaces are quoted separately.
Multi-room schemes are priced per agreed scope.
A 50% deposit is required to commence project development.
The remaining balance is payable prior to final file delivery.
If full payment is selected at booking, no further payment will be required.
All fees are quoted in GBP.

4. Delivery Timeline
Each room design is delivered within five working days from:
• Receipt of confirmed payment
• Receipt of all required project materials
Delivery timelines apply per room unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Revisions
Each room design includes up to two revision rounds.
Revisions are defined as reasonable visual adjustments within the agreed concept direction.
Major design changes, scope alterations, or additional revisions beyond the included allowance may incur additional fees.

6. Deliverables
Each commissioned room includes:
• Two high-resolution interior renders
• Final marketing-ready image files
Files are delivered digitally upon receipt of full payment.
Source files, working files, and editable models are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide:
• Accurate architectural floorplans with dimensions
• Relevant photographs (if available)
• Project location and overview
Delays in providing required information may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage
All visual concepts remain the intellectual property of the Studio until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive licence to use the final renders for:
• Marketing
• Sales
• Investor presentations
• Listing portals
The Client may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the work.
The Studio retains the right to use completed visuals for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after production has commenced, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
If significant work has been completed beyond the deposit value, additional fees may apply.
If cancellation occurs prior to production commencing, a refund may be issued at the Studio’s discretion.
Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.

10. Confidentiality
All project information provided by the Client will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the commissioned services.

11. Limitation of Liability
The Studio provides visual marketing representations only.
We are not responsible for:
• Construction discrepancies
• Differences between renderings and final build
• Commercial outcomes resulting from use of the visuals
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant project.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The applicable version will be the version in effect at the time of project confirmation.
